'Yellowstone' Star Lainey Wilson Dropped a Heart-Pumping Season 5 Update at the CMT Awards

Set yourselves up, Yellowstone watchers. People won't be happy with what Lainey Wilson said about season 5 part 2, which contained surprising information.

At the 2023 CMT Music Awards, where she won Female Video of the Year and Collaborative Video of the Year, the country singer made an appearance.

However, prior to the awards show, Lainey and her fellow Yellowstone co-star Ian Bohen talked to Entertainment Tonight about the progress being made on the final half of season 5.

Lainey had a different perspective on the proposed timeline for the production of new episodes, despite Ian's assertion that the show will return to the set "this summer."

"I haven't received a call yet," she informed the publication of the drama's current state. However, as far as I know, they have no idea when they will be filming."

Lainey said she still had a positive outlook on whether the popular Paramount Network show will continue after season 5.

However, a date for returning to work has not yet been determined. In addition, she discussed her particular role and stated that she is certain that fans have not seen the last of her.

Dedicated fans are aware that the musician from "Heart Like a Truck" made his Yellowstone debut at the start of season 5.
